For the last  months of 2004 Ned was lucky enough to be working on a project  on
  Lord Howe Island making furniture with a nautical flavour.

A simply seat of sandstone and celery Top Pine.
In time the materials will age and blend more organically with the bush surrounds.


These two seats where made by Ned for the Benchmarking Exhibition at fleurtys Birches Bay
 in the Channel. Southern Tasmania.

   Wooden chests made with Tasmanian timbers both old and new.
   We have King Billy Chests made with old core sample trays which come from the West Coast of Tasmania and are well over 70 years old. The wood has a unique character.
